-Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Purchases made on the shop.visitgreengoods.com site are only available for door-to-door shipping. If you would like to pick up merchandise the next time you visit your local dispensary, you can pre-order it on your local dispensary's website. Go to https://visitgreengoods.com/locations/ to find the location nearest you. Once you are on your local dispensary's menu, go to the "merchandise" section to see what items are available for pick-up at your local store.

-How do I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID# and a brief description of your issue. We will reply to you within one business day.
Generally speaking, our orders are fulfilled by the next business day - so if you email us beyond that time period, then the order will have already shipped to you. If the order has been shipped, we can refund your order as long as you ship the products back to us at your expense.

We send you an order status email for every step of your order. This email contains all of the important information about your order - including your Shipment Tracking ID. You can click the Tracking ID link in your order confirmation email to track your order via FedEx. Once your order is in the hands of FedEx, you will have to contact FedEx directly to make any adjustments to your delivery address.

If you've already received a shipment confirmation with a tracking ID#, please contact FedEx directly for an updated arrival date. If you have not yet received a shipment confirmation and it is more than 2 business days past your order date, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in locating your order.
